MINT LEMON JUICE RECIPE/ PUDINA JUICE/ PUDINA LEMON JUICE
Pudina juice is a perfect drink specially for summer days.
This drink refreshing your body. It enhances skin healthiness because it contains iron,protein,fiber,vitamin A & vitamin C,Potassium,manganese.
Pudina leaves can be used in other beverages.
Benefits of Pudina lemon juice:-
1) It improves brain function.
2) It helps in digestion problem & acidity.
3) It also enhances our skin healthiness.
There are many benefits of pudina leaves & it gives our juice yummy green colour. Also black salt, jeera powder, lemon juice make juice spicy & tasty.
Pudina juice recipe is very easy & made in very few minutes.
PUDINA LEMON JUICE RECIPE :-
INGREDIENTS:- (SERVINGS- 1 GLASS)
- 1 bowl mint leaves (Pudina)
- 3 to 4 teaspoon powdered sugar
- 1 lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon black salt
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder (jeera powder)
- 1 glass water
METHOD:-
- Take fresh mint (Pudina) and remove it's leaves from stems and wash it with water.
- Take all ingredients in a blender with some water for blending.
- Blend all ingredients till become smooth puree.
- Strain the smooth puree by using strainer.
- Take 1/4 amount of puree and 3/4 amount of water in glass.
- Add 3-4 ice cubes and juice is ready to serve.
